Our Level 1, signature class is for all ages (16+) and fitness levels. Tone is meant to be an introduction to our method and style, highly emphasizing proper alignment and form. Be prepared for a high-intensity, low-impact, ballet-based workout, mixed with cardio and floor work, that will burn fat, lengthen muscles and strengthen your core overall.
